I had such a great trip at the end of Spring Break being able to go to North Carolina to see my Roarkies - Kim, Kevin, Tanner, Kaden, and Kali. My mom was nice enough to tag along too - so together we had quite a crowd. We hung out in Winterville, their fine town, and took excursions to Kitty Hawk - the location of the first powered/controlled flight in the world by the wright brothers, Jockey's Ridge - a giant sand dune on the coast of North Caroline, and "little" washington a small civil war-era coastal town. Best of all I got to see my Roarks and it was great. We played some dance-dance revolution, played around with my camera (see below), and I got to see Tanner play baseball. I hadn't seen Kevin for almost two years so it was great to see him too! I also was asked by my nephew, Kaden, to come and speak to his class about politics. That was lots of fun!
Anyway below is some pictures from my trip. I was so glad to see them all and miss them all so much. Thanks Kim for being such a great host. Thanks Kali for letting me sleep in your room. Thanks Kaden for letting me come talk to your class about Politics. Thanks Tanner for letting me watch you play baseball. Thanks Kevin for working so hard to take care of my sister and my niece and nephews. Love you guys!
